Awards become part of the Mexico City summit
The awards ceremony is taking place during the first SiGMA North America summit in Mexico City, adding another major networking opportunity to an event that is expected to attract around 4,000 delegates, 1,000 operators, more than 150 speakers and over 200 exhibitors and sponsors.
The wider summit will focus on the development of the gaming and technology sectors across North and Latin America. Its agenda includes discussions around the Mexican market, regulation, artificial intelligence, KYC, fraud prevention, affiliate marketing and expansion into the United States and Canada.
The choice of Mexico City also reflects the group's wider expansion across the Americas. Mexico offers a strategic meeting point between North and Latin America, while its growing online gaming market has attracted increasing attention from international companies.
For the shortlisted businesses, the September ceremony will therefore be more than an awards night. It will take place in front of an international audience already gathered in Mexico City for several days of meetings, conferences and networking.
With voting closing on August 31, the final winners will be decided just one day before the ceremony. The results will then be revealed at the SiGMA North America Awards 2026 on September 1.
The awards season is officially getting underway, with the SBC Awards 2026 recently announcing its final shortlist. The ceremony will take place on September 30 at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal, bringing together leading companies and industry professionals from across the iGaming sector.
More news
The shortlist for the SBC Awards 2026 is now official, highlighting companies from across the global iGaming industry. The winners will be revealed on October 1 in Lisbon during the closing night of SBC Summit 2026.
