Terms & Conditions
Before assessing the rating for the “Terms & Conditions” criterion, we consider the following factors:
- Unfair T&Cs:
The casino must not have seriously unfair T&Cs, such as extremely high bonus requirements, abnormally low withdrawal limits, hidden fees, unclear max bet rules, unclear or hard-to-find country restrictions, or rules that could unfairly void player winnings or violate the law. - Fraud:
The T&Cs must not include vague language or rules that could be misused to void legitimate player winnings. - Clear restrictions:
Casinos must properly block players from restricted countries and prevent them from registering and claiming bonuses. - Payout of legitimate winnings:
The casino must pay out all legitimate player winnings without unreasonable delays or unjustified denials. - Assistance in Rule compliance:
Rules like max bet or bonus limits should be automatically applied by the casino, not left for the player to keep track of.
Based on these factors, we form our assessment.
Conditions | Rating |
---|---|

Multiple unfair or tricky T&Cs that could potentially cause issues. | 40 |

- If a casino’s Terms and Conditions are limited by mandatory regulations (such as win limits or max bet restrictions imposed by law), we take this into account and do not lower the casino's rating.
- If a casino sets very low win limits (e.g., under $10,000) without any legal reason, we consider it unfair and lower its rating.
Our goal is to give a high rating to casinos whose T&Cs are not only legally correct but also protect players and ensure a fair and safe experience.

We evaluate how many complaints the casino has received, how serious they are, and how the casino handles them.
