We are committed to responding to all valid privacy requests within 20 working days, or the shorter period required by the law of your jurisdiction.

SlotsUp is a comparison and educational resource for online gambling. Our mission is to provide clear, transparent, and up‑to‑date information so that players can make informed, responsible decisions. We:
collect and organise data on casinos, bonuses, games, and country‑specific rules;
test, analyse, and rate casinos and games using our proprietary Safety Index and SlotsUp Rating (12 criteria);
show personalised content based on your country, language, currency, and local laws using auto‑detected Preset Settings and our Casino Match metric;
promote responsible gambling by offering information for entertainment purposes only and restricting access to users who are 18 years or older (or the higher legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).

We do not require you to create an account, disclose your real name, or provide contact details to use SlotsUp. If you voluntarily provide contact information (e.g. to request support), we process it solely to fulfil that request.

8. RETENTION OF USER INFORMATION

Technical logs are typically kept for up to 24 months for security and analytics, then anonymised or deleted. Communication data is kept until we resolve your request, plus a maximum of 12 months for quality assurance, unless a longer period is required by law.
9. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
Service providers. Reputable hosting, security, analytics, and marketing partners receive data only to perform contracted tasks and must protect it to a standard comparable to ours.
Business transitions. If SlotsUp undergoes a merger or sale, personal data may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.
Legal requirements. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or others.
International transfers. Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we ensure an adequate level of protection through (i) recognised adequacy regulations, (ii) contractual safeguards, or (iii) your explicit, informed consent.
We do not sell your Personal Data.
10. CHILDREN
SlotsUp is intended only for persons aged 18 or over (or the higher legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, please notify us and we will delete it without undue delay.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data‑protection authority.
12. SECURITY MEASURES & INCIDENT RESPONSE
We employ technical and organisational measures such as TLS encryption, role‑based access controls, firewalls, and regular security audits to protect Personal Data. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the competent supervisory authority as soon as practicable.
13. INTERNATIONAL & U.S. STATE‑SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES
SlotsUp is a global service. Where privacy laws impose additional obligations—e.g. the EU/EEA GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, or New Zealand Privacy Act 2020—we extend the corresponding rights and protections to all users to the extent required.
Specific notices required by those laws (e.g. CCPA "Right to Know", GDPR notice of safeguards for transfers) are incorporated by reference from Appendix A of this Policy.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page and, where feasible, we will give at least 20 days’ advance notice (e‑mail or in‑site message). Continuing to use the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
