Pennsylvania Approval Expands Flows’ Presence

Flows has now been approved by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. This is an important step for the company in the US market. It means operators in Pennsylvania can now use Flows products without extra vendor approval steps.

Operators can access products like Jackpots, FlashWins, and Scratchcards through their casino systems. Flows already has approval in New Jersey and Michigan. Pennsylvania is now its third regulated US state.

Pennsylvania Keeps Strict Rules

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board carefully checks all suppliers. It reviews financial records, operations, and compliance systems. Many in the industry consider it one of the strictest regulators in the US.

Only about 80 online gaming technology suppliers are fully approved in the state. This is a small number compared to the wider market.

With this approval, operators working with Flows in Pennsylvania may face fewer delays. Normally, suppliers must go through separate approval steps before casinos can use their products.

Compliance Remains Important

James King called the approval a key milestone for Flows. He also highlighted how important compliance is in regulated gaming.

He explained that regulated iGaming needs more than just automation tools. Systems must connect properly, handle data carefully, and follow strict rules.

Faster Rollouts for Operators

The approval may help operators launch new gaming features faster. Flows provides tools that connect gaming systems and automate tasks.

These tools can help manage promotions, rewards, and player engagement more efficiently. However, regulated markets still require strong checks and approvals. Key benefits include:

  • Stronger trust from regulated operators

  • Existing approvals in New Jersey and Michigan

  • Fewer supplier approval delays

  • Strong focus on compliance for US growth

Competition in the US Market

The US online gaming market continues to grow, but rules are becoming stricter. Companies now compete more on trust, approvals, and reliability, not just product features. Flows now operates in three major regulated states. This may increase interest from casino operators planning new projects in 2026.

While this approval does not guarantee future leadership, it shows growing trust in Flows within the regulated gaming industry.
