BetVictor Casino Review

The BetVictor online casino has been operating since approximately 2000. It has a somewhat outdated website, but this does not affect its performance in any way. The mobile version also works well.

When I was collecting information for my BetVictor casino review, I saw that the brand ambassador is Tracy McGrady, an American former professional basketball player, best known for his career in the National Basketball Association.

I carefully studied the casino’s reputation. There are different opinions both from experts and players. I saw that on AskGamblers, 16 out of 18 complaints are marked as unresolved. At the same time, the BetVictor casino does not comment on the complaints in any way and does not engage in communication with players at all. On Trustpilot, the casino has an Average rating based on more than 5,000 reviews, but here the casino does provide feedback on both positive and negative reviews.

The BetVictor casino is aimed at players from different countries. It has several active licenses, including Great Britain, by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain, Ireland, by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland, and an international license in Gibraltar, where BV (Gibraltar) Limited is licensed by the Government of Gibraltar. The BetVictor casino also has two licenses for the Canadian market: in Ontario and Alberta.

BetVictor Casino Terms and Conditions for Players

Before registering, players should read the Terms and Conditions of BetVictor. Please note that there are separate T&Cs for each country where the BetVictor casino has a license. The casino accepts players who are at least 18 years old or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. BetVictor does not allow accounts to be accessed or operated from certain restricted territories, and these restrictions may change from time to time. Players also confirm that they are not currently self-excluded from BetVictor, another BV brand or a national self-exclusion scheme such as GAMSTOP.

BetVictor casino carries out verification checks when an account is opened and can repeat them during the lifetime of the account. Until all requested information and documents are provided and the verification is completed, BetVictor can restrict the account. According to the Terms and Conditions, BetVictor may request:

• Passport

• Driving licence

• National identity card

• Utility bill from the last 3 months

• Bank statement from the last 3 months

• Photo of the player holding their identity document

• Wage slip

• Dividend documentation

• Tax return / P60

• Pension statement

• Bank statement showing regular salary payments

• Documents confirming the source of funds or source of wealth

For example, the BetVictor casino can request documents related to employment, inheritance, investments, property, savings or winnings from other bookmakers.

For complaints, players can first contact BetVictor Customer Services or email resolution@betvictor.com. The casino asks players to provide as many details as possible to help resolve the complaint. If the player is not satisfied with the response, they can request a Step 2 complaint by emailing complaintsmanagement@betvictor.com. If the issue is still not resolved, a Step 3 complaint can be submitted to the same email address. If BetVictor casino cannot settle the dispute within 8 weeks, the complaint can be referred to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).

BetVictor casino has a separate Safer Gambling section and states that there are different tools available on the website to help players control their gambling. I also found that players can set their own deposit limits through the Safer Gambling Portal.

In the player’s account, they can independently set a large number of responsible gambling tools:

• deposit limits

• loss limits

• time alerts

• time-outs

• account closure

• Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion is also available. If a player self-excludes, they should not try to access the Services or create a new account during the selected self-exclusion period. BetVictor casino can block new accounts created during this period.

BetVictor Casino Registration: How to Sign Up and Create a Casino Account

The registration took me a few minutes. For this, I had to fill out several forms with general information:

1. Country, State, Gender, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number.

2. Address, Locality, City, Postcode.

3. Email (BetVictor casino login), Password, consent to receive marketing materials (optional), consent to the T&Cs and Privacy Policy, including confirmation that the person registering is at least 18 years old.

BetVictor Casino Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers for New and Existing Players

All BetVictor casino promotions can be found in the Offers section. They may differ for players from different countries.

I found several deposit bonus options for new players. They have low minimum deposits, and some even have no wagering requirement for free spins. In other cases, the standard wagering requirement for bonuses is x35.

Besides this, the BetVictor casino has a referral programme and a VIP programme.

BetVictor Referral Programme

A player can receive up to $40 for each referred friend in bonus money. For the programme to work, both the player and their friend need to deposit at least $10 and place bets with this amount. At the same time, both the player and their friend will receive the referral program reward.

Residents of the United Kingdom, Canada, Finland, New Zealand, and Ireland do not qualify for this offer.

BetVictor VIP Programme

The BetVictor casino has a three-level programme: VIP, Elite, Ultra. The higher the level, the more benefits are available to players. I noticed that the terms of the programme are not described in detail. That is, there are no specific requirements according to which a player becomes a VIP or knows how to increase their level. The benefits themselves are also not clearly described. For example, it is stated that there are additional BetVictor casino bonuses, a personal account manager, and the possibility to attend events — but there are no details.

I also found information that players can receive a BetVictor casino no deposit bonus, but the information needs to be clarified with the casino support.

BetVictor Casino Deposits and Withdrawals: Payment Methods, Limits and Fees

The choice of BetVictor casino payment methods will depend on the player’s country. Cryptocurrencies are not available in all countries.

The minimum deposit limit for most methods is around $10, while the maximum is $6,000.

The minimum withdrawal limit is $5, which is also quite a low limit compared to other rand online casinos. The maximum daily BetVictor casino withdrawal limit is very high — $10,000, which is very rare.

Withdrawal requests are processed quickly. Most methods take up to 24 hours. However, banking methods can take from 1 to 3 business days.

The player must withdraw money using the same method they used to deposit funds into their account.

The BetVictor casino does not charge any additional fees for transactions.

BetVictor Casino Games and Slots: Explore the Full Game Catalogue

Players have access to BetVictor casino games from around 30 leading providers. In the main menu, you can find the Casino and Live Casino sections. The Casino section has the following categories: New, Vegas, Slots, 99 Royale, Tables, BV Picks, Drop & Wins, Megaways, Welcome Bonus Games, Refer a Friend Bonus, Triple Spins Challenge. Players can also create a section with their favourite games by clicking the heart on the games they like. The player can also search by name. However, I did not like that there is no option to search for games by provider.

The Live Casino section has the following categories: Exclusive, New, Baccarat, Game Shows, Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, BV Diamond.

When I was preparing this BetVictor casino review, I noticed that the games do not have demo versions. If players want to try the games for free, they can find them in our slot demo catalogue.

BetVictor Casino Customer Service: How to Contact Support and Get Help

I liked that the BetVictor casino has a large Help Center where players can find articles on different topics. There are 185 articles in total, covering topics such as promotions, payments, verification, and others.

There is also live chat and email support. As part of this BetVictor casino review, I tried to get help through the live chat while looking for information, and I kept running into a bot. This bot knows quite a lot, but it never had the information I was looking for, and there was no option to contact a live agent. This makes it more difficult to use the site. At the same time, the email support auto-reply does not specify the waiting time and says that agents will contact me as soon as possible. In fact, waiting for a response takes from several hours to a day, which is quite a long time.

Thus, I can say that the BetVictor casino does not have a quick way to provide help to players.
