When I needed answers to my questions, I followed the link to the Help & Contact section. It's essentially a FAQ with a large number of categories covering many important topics. However, there was no contact email, feedback form, or Live Chat available there.

I only saw the Live Chat after I logged in and went to the Deposit page. At first, I was answered by a chatbot, and then a support agent responded. For some questions, the agent redirected me back to the Help & Contact section. For others, they did provide answers — but I had to wait between 2 and 7 minutes for each reply.

I also didn’t find the support email right away — different questions are handled by different addresses. I wrote to support@bwin.com. I immediately received an automated reply with my ticket number, and a response from a support agent arrived a few minutes later.
