Casino Infinity Review

Casino Infinity has a modern website. There are many animated elements on the site, but this does not negatively affect page loading speed. The site is easy to use.

This online casino supports 13 languages, one of them is English. Registration and login buttons are located in the top right corner.

While preparing this Casino Infinity review, I spent most of my time on the site’s mobile version. I can say it is practically identical to the desktop version, except for the layout of the content.

I carefully reviewed the casino’s reputation across various sites and found above-average ratings everywhere. Most player reviews are positive. There are no open disputes, and those that did occur were resolved very quickly, within 2 to 5 days. I saw some negative reviews on TrustPilot, but I cannot say they are noteworthy — players often simply describe their emotions related to losses. There are also reviews stating that players were unaware of certain conditions, for example, KYC procedures. I will definitely check the T&C carefully to assess how clearly and thoroughly they are written.

The Infinity Casino operates legally. The footer states that the website is owned and operated by NovaForge LTD. This company is incorporated under the laws of The Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. It’s licensed by the Gaming Board of Anjouan at Mutsamudu under License No. ALSI-152406028-FI2.

Casino Infinity Mobile app

I saw a link to install the app and clicked on it, but it turned out not to be an actual application — just instructions on how to add the website to your home screen. For some players, having a real app might be important, but I think the solution the casino offers is just as convenient.

Moreover, Casino Infinity’s mobile version works very well. The only thing I noticed is that a player cannot be logged into both the mobile and desktop versions at the same time. I believe this is done for security reasons.

Casino Infinity Terms and Conditions for Players

According to the T&C, only players aged 18 or older are allowed to register on the site. Players are fully responsible for knowing the laws of their country and ensuring that their participation on the website is legal. There is also a list of countries whose residents are prohibited from opening accounts or making deposits.

In one Casino Infinity review, a player mentioned being surprised by the KYC requirements, although the T&C contains a separate section explaining them in detail. For example, players must provide any information requested by the casino to verify their identity, age, residence, source of funds, and other relevant circumstances. Verification can be done by submitting documents, but additional verification via phone or video call may also be required. All documents must be provided within 30 days of the request. Until verification is completed, the player’s account may be temporarily suspended. If the documents are not submitted, the account will be permanently closed. Verification usually takes up to 10 days.

If a player does not log into their account within 180 days, the account will be considered inactive. From that moment, an administrative fee of €5 may be deducted from the player’s balance until the balance reaches zero.

If a player has any Casino Infinity complaints, they should first contact support at support@casinoinfinity.com. If the response is unsatisfactory, they can escalate the issue by sending an email to complaints@casinoinfinity.com. The complaint must include registration details, a clear description of the issue with exact dates, and the reason for the complaint. The results of the complaint review will be provided within 10 days.

The casino also has a section dedicated to Responsible Gaming. It includes general information, a list of organizations that help players with gaming addiction, and recommendations for parents of minors.

The T&C also mentions a self-exclusion option, which can be activated by contacting support at support@casinoinfinity.com. However, this is essentially the Infinity Casino’s only responsible gaming tool. There are no available options to set deposit limits, loss limits, or other control measures. Adding such tools in the future would make the casino safer for players.

Overall, after carefully studying the T&C, it became clear that many reviews claiming players were not informed about certain rules are misleading. The T&C are written very clearly and in great detail.

A Step-by-Step Guide to Registration at Casino Infinity

I was able to register on the website within just a few minutes. To do this, I filled out several forms:

1. Selected the current welcome bonus from the list.

2. Entered my Email, Casino Infinity Login, and Password, and checked the box confirming that I am at least 18 years old and agree to the T&C and Privacy Policy. There’s also an optional box to agree to receive promotions and news from the Casino

   Infinity.

3. Entered my First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Country, Currency, Phone Number, City, Address, and Postcode.

Please note that once personal information is entered, it cannot be edited in your profile later. The only thing you can change is your password. In the profile settings, players can also see the sections My Bonuses, Balance History, and Verification. The latter shows the current verification status of the account.

Casino Infinity Bonuses and Promotions: Welcome Offers, Rewards and Free Spins

The following Casino Infinity bonuses are available for players: Welcome Bonus, Weekend Reload Bonus, Weekly Reload, and Live Cashback. The site also features Weekly Challenges, Tournaments, Bonus Crab, Shop, and a VIP System.

Casino Infinity Live Cashback

Each week, players in Live Casino can receive 25% cashback on their losses, ranging from €5 to €200. To get the cashback for the previous week, players need to contact support on Monday. The wagering requirement is x1.

Weekly Challenges

On the Weekly Challenges page, there are various missions that allow players to earn Coins, which can later be exchanged for other rewards in the Shop.

For example, when I was preparing this Casino Infinity review, 34 Weekly Challenges were available. One of them required players to make 60 spins with a minimum bet of €0.3 in the game Book of Sun: Choice. For this, players could get 6 Coins, and after completing all similar tasks, they could earn an additional 50 Coins.

Casino Infinity Tournaments

In the Tournaments section, players can find both active and completed events. At the time of writing, there were tournaments with prize pools ranging from €1,500 to €2,000,000. Some tournaments also offered Coins as rewards.

Bonus Crab

Each player gets 1 Bonus Crab per day after making their first deposit of at least €20. Prizes include real money, bonus funds, free spins, or Coins.

Casino Infinity Bonus Shop

Infinity online casino’s players can earn Coins not only through challenges and tournaments. Every €100 wagered gives 1 Coin, and 5% of all deposited amounts are also converted into Coins and credited to the account.

In the Shop, Coins can be exchanged for bonus money or free spins. For example, 50 Coins can be exchanged for €5 in bonus money or 10 FS.

Casino Infinity VIP System

There are 5 VIP levels available to players. The higher the level, the greater the cashback and withdrawal limits. Over time, players also gain access to a personal manager.

While preparing this Infinity online casino review, I couldn’t find detailed information about how players progress through levels, so I contacted support. They told me that the level depends on player activity within 30 days, such as deposits and bets. I believe these terms are not very transparent, and it’s hard for players to understand what exactly they need to do to receive cashback. The casino should make these rules clearer.

Overall, I can say that the casino offers a wide range of bonuses for players, all with standard and reasonable wagering conditions. Many of them are designed for regular players, encouraging them to stay on the site. I did not see any Casino Infinity no deposit bonuses. But you can always find no deposit promotions from other trusted casinos.

Casino Infinity Payment Methods, Deposits, Withdrawals and Transaction Fees

The set of payment methods available to players depends on their country.

All payment methods have a minimum deposit of €20. The maximum deposit limits range from €1,000 to €5,000. Even cryptocurrencies are capped at €5,000, while in many international casinos this amount is unlimited. This may be inconvenient for players who are used to playing with large sums.

The minimum withdrawal limit for almost all payment methods is €30. This is slightly higher than the average across online casinos, which is €20.

There are also daily and monthly Casino Infinity withdrawal limits. They depend on the player’s VIP level, which we already discussed in the VIP System section. I would say that these limits are rather low. With withdrawal limits ranging from €500 to €1,500 per day, it will be difficult for players to cash out large winnings. Monthly limits also depend on the VIP level and range from €7,000 to €20,000.

Before withdrawing funds, the player must wager their deposit at least once (x1). If the total amount of bets is less than the deposit, the casino reserves the right to cancel the winnings and charge a 10% fee on the last deposit amount. There is also a 15% fee if the account was funded via bank card or transfer.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days. The casino does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals.

Casino Infinity Games and Slots: Explore the Full Game Catalogue

The casino offers a wide selection of Casino Infinity games. The catalog is quite simple. Games can be found using the search bar by title. You can also browse by categories such as Top, New, Popular, Exclusive, Slots, Live Casino, and Jackpots. During holidays, themed sections appear — for example, Halloween.

Games can also be browsed by provider sections.

However, I think the catalog could be made more user-friendly. Right now, it lacks filtering and sorting options. It would be much more convenient if players could filter games by both provider and theme, and also sort them alphabetically, for instance.

Demo versions of games are available for players. This allows them to try out new games for free without spending money.

While preparing this Casino Infinity review, I found information in the T&C stating that some software providers restrict access to their products for players from certain countries. For example, this applies to NetEnt slots such as Vikings, Narcos, Street Fighter, and others. More details about this can be found in the section “Additional Territorial Restrictions.”

Casino Infinity Customer Support: Contact Methods, Response Times and Assistance

You can contact the casino via email support or Live Chat. I reached out through both channels with my inquiries.

The website states that Live Chat operates 24/7, and that’s absolutely true. An agent connects instantly and handles your request right away.

Email support is slower — you may have to wait several hours for a reply. Therefore, if you have an urgent question, it’s better to use Live Chat.

You can also find answers to many questions in the FAQ section. There are only 18 entries, but they can still be helpful.

I’d like to note that in the previous version of the Infinity online casino review, the support service rating was twice as low, and we provided the casino with recommendations for improvement. Today, I see a significant improvement in the quality of their customer support, which has also positively affected the overall rating.
