Lazybar Overview
What’s on this tab?
My summary
The Lazybar casino has a modern website and operates under a Curaçao license. The website is focused on players from different countries and offers 23 language versions.
The casino is suitable for players who prefer playing on mobile devices. The casino has a convenient mobile application and supports deposits through Google Pay. The casino is also suitable for players who are looking for games from Pragmatic Play. The catalogue includes around 600 games from this provider.
I liked that the casino offers a large number of promotions and player activities. These include Wheels of Fortune, tournaments, missions, lotteries, and other features. I also liked that the casino provides a good selection of responsible gaming tools. Players can use deposit limits, betting limits, loss limits, and other options. All of these can be configured independently through the personal account. Another advantage is the high-quality customer support. Live chat responds instantly in multiple languages, while email support replies within 30 minutes, which is faster than at most casinos.
What I didn’t like was that the catalogue has a limited selection of jackpot games. Players have access to only around 40 titles in this category. Another disadvantage is the high minimum withdrawal limit. It is several times higher than the standard amount at many other casinos. The withdrawal review process is also quite slow. Players may need to wait up to 72 hours for a decision on their withdrawal request.
I rate it 83 out of 100. To increase the Lazybar casino rating, it would be worth expanding the jackpot game selection.

Lazybar Casino Review by Mykhailiuta Maryna
Author’s review on Lazybar
Review updated: 09 June 2026
Casino Review
The casino has been around since 2024 and operates under a Curacao license. I found quite a few positive reviews about it.
When I first opened the site, I saw two main sections in the top menu: Casino and Sports. I chose Casino, and it took me to a user-friendly page with a compact menu. I also opened the side menu in the top left corner to see what else was available. There were links for Lazybar promotions and bonuses, live chat, language options, and the casino’s social media pages.
The site supports several languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Norwegian, Hungarian, Italian, Greek, and Polish. You can also check out their accounts on X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram, where they share updates about Lazybar bonuses, promotions, and other news.
Important T&C
There’s a list of restricted countries where players aren’t allowed to deposit funds. This includes the US, several Central Asian and European countries, and others. There’s also a FATF-restricted list with countries like the UAE, Turkey, Panama, Morocco, and a bunch more. The list can change, so it’s worth checking the Terms regularly.
As for account verification (KYC), you might need to provide documents proving your identity, address, or ownership of your payment method. Sometimes, they’ll even call you to confirm details. Lazybar online casino has a page that lists all the possible documents they might ask for.
If you want to close your account, you’ll need to email support. They’ll return any remaining funds to your account. But, if your account stays inactive for 12 months, it’ll be considered “dormant,” and they’ll charge a €10 monthly fee until there’s no balance left.
As part of the responsible gaming policy, the Terms mention that you can self-exclude if needed, either by reaching out to support or through a special section in your account.
I also noticed right away that the Terms include the option to set limits to help manage gambling habits. After registering, I checked this out, and sure enough, there’s a convenient dashboard where you can adjust everything. It’s a good feature that isn’t available on many other sites.
If you have any issues, you can email Lazybar complaints to the casino to sort it out. And if that doesn’t work, you’re free to reach out to third-party mediators to handle disputes.
Registration process
The sign-up process is quick. All I had to do was fill out a short form with my email and password. There’s also a spot for a promo code if you’ve got one, plus a few boxes to check — agreeing to promos, confirming your age, and saying you’ve read the rules. You can skip the promo box if you want, and it still lets you register.
Right after I hit "Register," another form popped up asking for my first name, last name, full date of birth, and phone number. But here’s the thing — it’s totally optional. You can fill it out later in your profile if you want. For now, you can just click the little "X" in the corner and skip it.
After Lazybar login, a bunch of useful stuff opened up. In the profile settings, you can add more details, tweak notifications, and manage whether you want to get updates or not. There’s a history page and even a referral program for inviting friends. But the interesting part is the mini account info in the top-right corner. It shows your VIP status, as well as your wager and deposit points, super clearly, all in one spot.
I also found a security tab where you can set up two-factor authentication. It’s a great way to keep your account safe and make sure it's more secure.
Casino Bonuses
All the bonuses and promos are split into two main sections: Bonus Hub and Active Hub.
When I checked out Bonus Hub, I saw all the bonuses available to me right after signing up, like the Welcome Bonus, CashBack, and a Lottery. There is also a FAQ section for all things bonus-related.
In the Active Hub, I found loads of activities where you can earn bonuses too. There are Wheels, Tournaments, Lotteries, and Missions. They also have their own Coins that you can get by doing missions or playing in the Wheels, and then swap them in the Store for Free Spins or Cash Bonuses.
Welcome Bonus
The casino has a Welcome Bonus of 100% up to €150.00 + 150 Free Spins.
The terms are fair. To grab it, you need to deposit at least 20 EUR, and the max you can deposit is 150 EUR. The wagering requirement is x35.
You’ll get the Free Spins over 3 days, 50 spins each day, and they’re valid for 7 days.
To get the bonus, just pick it from the list when you make your deposit. It’s not available for players from Finland, though.
VIP
Lazybar casino has a VIP program with 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Your level depends on how often you play. After every bet, you earn Wager Points (WP). To get 1 WP, you just need to bet €5. New players start at Bronze, and to move up to Silver, you need 1500 WP. Once you're at Silver or higher, you get perks like Cashback, Rakeback, higher withdrawal limits, a special 24/7 support line, and more bonuses.
I liked the VIP program — it’s got clear terms and some great bonuses.
The casino doesn’t offer Lazybar no deposit bonus, but you can find them from other casinos on this SlotsUp’s page.
Payments
I noticed you can have multiple currency accounts in the wallet. You can have your main account in EUR and then extra ones in currencies like PLN, CHF, CZK, DKK, RON, CAD, NOK, AUD, NZD, and HUF.
For payment methods, they’ve got all the usual options — bank cards, e-wallets, and crypto. Each method has its own deposit and withdrawal limits.
Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit | Min Withdraw | Max Withdraw |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Visa/Mastercard | 20 EUR | 2 000 EUR | unavailable | unavailable |
Skrill | 20 EUR | 2 000 EUR | 50 EUR | 1 000 EUR |
Neteller | 20 EUR | 2 000 EUR | 50 EUR | 1 000 EUR |
PaySafeCard | 20 EUR | 2 000 EUR | unavailable | unavailable |
Bank Transfer | 20 EUR | 1 000 EUR | 50 EUR | 1 000 EUR |
Revolut | 20 EUR | 1 000 EUR | unavailable | unavailable |
ApplePay | 20 EUR | 500 EUR | unavailable | unavailable |
GooglePay | 20 EUR | 500 EUR | unavailable | unavailable |
Bitcoin | 0,02 EUR | unlimited | 50 EUR | 1 000 EUR |
Ethereum | 0,17 EUR | unlimited | 50 EUR | 1 000 EUR |
TRX | 20 EUR | unlimited | 50 EUR | 1 000 EUR |
USDTE | 20 EUR | unlimited | 50 EUR | 1 000 EUR |
USDTT | 20 EUR | unlimited | 50 EUR | 1 000 EUR |
Binance Crypto | 20 EUR | 19 000 EUR | 50 EUR | 1 000 EUR |
There are plenty of payment methods, but there aren’t many options for withdrawals. I think it’s a bit inconvenient that you can’t withdraw to Visa or Mastercard cards.
There are also some withdrawal limits at the casino. You can pull out up to 1000 EUR a day, 3000 EUR a week, and 10,000 EUR a month. These limits can go up as you level up in the VIP program.
The usual withdrawal time is 24 hours, and there are no hidden fees. Just keep in mind that the main currency used in the casino is EUR, so if you’re withdrawing in a different currency, there might be some conversion fees.
Customer Support
The site gives you a few ways to get answers: you can check out the FAQ, email them, or use the chat. I’ll say, their FAQ is actually super helpful, and most important pages have at least 10 questions with answers. It makes finding info way easier.
To get answers, I reached out through both chat and email.
Chat. When I opened the chat, I had to put in my name and email. After I registered, it filled that in for me automatically. First, you chat with a bot. They ask you to pick a language: English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, or Turkish. After that, you choose the topic: Account, Bonuses, Verification, Deposits, Withdrawals, Games, Missions/Wheels, Sport Betting, How to start, or Others. Here’s a tip: if you want to talk to an agent, pick "Others," type your question, and then hit "Wait in chat." I didn’t have to wait long — an agent joined in just a few seconds and quickly answered my questions.
Email
Email support wasn't as fast as the chat. It took over 30 minutes to get a reply. So if you need a quick solution, go straight to the chat.
Mobile Version
I was curious to see what the mobile version of the casino looks like and if all the sections are still there. It's almost identical — easy to use and navigate.
For me, it’s important that I can still contact support through chat and talk with them comfortably. The mobile version has that section too, and it works just like the site, which was really convenient for me.
Games Catalog
Lazybar games are listed in a catalog with different sections: Lobby, Favorites, Top Games, Slots, New, Instant Win, Original, Bonus Buy, Jackpots, Drops&Wins, Books, Scratch, and Live Casino.
I couldn’t find a filter for providers in the menu, so I tried searching for my favorite ones using the search bar. Turns out, the advanced filter for providers and categories is actually hidden there.
I also noticed a table showing the winners' results. It shows who won, in which game, what their bet was, and how much they won. You can check it out in real time or see the results from the last 7 days, 30 days, or all time. By the way, at the time I'm writing this Lazybar review, the biggest win was 23,700 EUR with a 300 EUR bet in Frozen Chilli – inspiring.
Conclusion
It's an easy-to-use casino, no fluff. I really liked that almost every important section has its own FAQ, plus there are separate Terms for the main topics. You can find everything you need easily without any help.
If you do need help, I’d recommend jumping straight into the Chat. I got the quickest responses there. If you have a general question, the bot can handle it, but if it’s something more specific, they’ll pass you over to an agent.
The Welcome Bonus has pretty standard terms, but I actually liked the VIP program terms more. They’re clear, and it’s easy to see exactly what you need to do to level up and what benefits you’ll get.
I would’ve liked a few more withdrawal methods, but the 24-hour withdrawal speed definitely makes up for it.
Overall, I’ve had nothing but good words for this casino.
FAQ Section
The casino offers a variety of payment methods including bank cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies. However, there aren’t as many options for withdrawals, and Visa and Mastercard are not available for withdrawals. Each payment method has its own deposit and Lazybar withdrawal limits.
You can contact support via email or chat. The chat is the fastest way to get help. If you have a general question, the bot can assist you, but you’ll be connected to a live agent for more specific inquiries. Responses are quick, especially in the chat.
Yes, the mobile version is very user-friendly and almost identical to the desktop site. It’s easy to navigate, and you can easily contact support through the chat just like on the desktop version. It’s convenient and works well on mobile devices.
