There are two ways for players to contact support: Email and Live Chat. There is also an FAQ section, but it’s quite small and contains only 24 questions.

It’s inconvenient that the Live Chat is only available to registered and logged-in users. When I finally accessed the chat, I had to enter my details and select the support language (English or German). An agent connected instantly, but I was repeatedly and insistently asked to provide my personal details and the method I used to make my last deposit — even though I hadn’t made one yet. The agent also asked me to fill out my personal information in the account settings and said they couldn’t answer questions about my account without it, even though my questions weren’t related to that. Overall, I didn’t like the support experience — there were too many obstacles to simply get the information I needed.

As for email support, I received an automated reply, but no further response from a support agent.

I agree with other users who gave the casino’s customer support low ratings — many of my questions truly went unanswered.

Mobile App

In the main menu, I found a button labeled “Install App” and clicked on it. It turned out that the casino doesn’t actually have an app — the link only provides instructions on how to add a shortcut to the website on your mobile device. This might be convenient for some users, but it’s not a real Platin Casino app.

Conclusion

This casino has many advantages, but also some significant drawbacks.

On the positive side: there are plenty of Platin Casino promotions with favorable terms for players, including a loyalty program with realistic requirements and transparent conditions.
