Important T&C

I found out in the terms that if your country isn’t on the registration list, the site doesn’t allow sign-ups from there right now. Picking another country isn’t an option either — it’s against the rules and could get your account banned.

VIP

The Slotsgem casino has a VIP program with 50 levels, and each level comes with a prize. For example, you get 5 free spins on the first level, but when you hit level 50, you’re looking at a massive 100,000 EUR. Up to level 10, it’s mostly free spins, but after that, you get bonus cash starting from 5 EUR.

To move up in the VIP program, you gotta rack up points. You get 1 collected point for every 5 EUR you deposit. So, for the first level with 5 free spins, you need to collect 50 points, which means a 50 EUR deposit. You have 24 hours to activate the VIP bonus, then 3 days to use your free spins, and 7 days for cash bonuses.

Missions

When I wrote this Slotsgem casino review I  noticed a section called Missions. By completing simple tasks, you can earn points. For example, changing your avatar gives you 125 points, or you get 100 points for a 25 EUR bet.

You can later exchange these points in the Store for free spins, spin the wheel, or cash bonuses.

Wheel of Fortune

The Fortune Wheel spins, which you exchanged points for in the Store, can be used in the Fortune Wheel section. Here, you can win a bonus that isn't listed in the general list.

Payments

You can play using two main currencies – EUR and USD. But when you sign up, you can choose your country’s currency, and when you deposit, it’ll automatically convert to the current exchange rate.

Support is available through live chat and email. I tried both.

1. Chat To ask a question, I just entered my name and email. No need to Slotsgem login. I asked a few things in the chat, and the reps replied super fast. For example, I asked about how to use the Fortune Wheel. The rep noticed my win right away and explained how to get it.

2. Email

I contacted customer support via email with a different question, but my inquiry remained unanswered.

Mobile Version

The mobile version looks pretty much the same as the desktop one, and it's super easy to use. As soon as I opened it, I got a push notification asking me to register quickly. The registration steps were just like on the main site.

Conclusion

I really liked the casino because it’s user-friendly. Even with all the graphics, it loads fast, there’s no unnecessary stuff popping up, and finding info is a breeze. Plus, the Terms and Conditions are clear.

I also liked the bonus system and the VIP program with easy-to-understand rules. Honestly, the bonus requirements are doable and actually beneficial for players.

What I wasn’t too happy about was the email support — it didn’t respond, even though they say it’s available 24/7. But the live chat made up for it since the agents answered my questions super fast.
