Winorio Review

This is a new casino that has already received many positive reviews. Of course, there are also some negative comments, but the Winorio casino officially responds to all feedback and provides fairly detailed explanations.

The Winorio casino website has a modern design. When I was writing the Winorio review, I started by exploring the desktop version. The main menu includes links to Slots, Live Casino, Promotions, Loyalty VIP, Tournaments, FAQ, and More (Support, About Us, Responsible Gaming). Only one language version is available for players – English.

I checked the mobile version as well, and it’s the same in terms of content, just more compact, as it should be on a mobile device. Both versions are convenient to use.

I couldn’t find any information about a valid license on the website, so I contacted customer support. They replied that I should refer to their Terms and Conditions section. However, I studied it in detail and still couldn’t find this information. I sent another request asking where exactly it can be found or whether support could answer my question via email — but I never received a response.

Important T&C

According to the Terms & Conditions, only players who are at least 18 years old or of legal playing age according to their jurisdiction are allowed to register on the site.

The T&C also states that the Winorio casino provides a detailed list of restricted countries. However, I couldn’t find such a list anywhere.

The KYC procedure may be initiated by the casino at any time. The casino will contact the player by phone or email and request document verification. The player must provide the required documents within 2 weeks, otherwise, their account will be blocked. The list of documents includes identification, payment method verification, and utility bills — all of which must be provided in Latin or Cyrillic script. If the documents are not in one of these alphabets, the casino may require a video verification of the documents.

If a player does not log into their account for 12 months, it is considered inactive. In that case, a monthly administrative fee of 10 EUR/GBP will be deducted from the balance until the account becomes active again or the balance reaches zero.

Any Winorio complaints can be sent to customer support and will be reviewed by the casino.

Registration process

I registered on the website very quickly. All I had to do was fill in my details:

In the Security section, you can change your password, track Winorio login sessions, and set up two-factor authentication.

When I was preparing the Winorio casino review, the game of the month was Madame Destiny by Pragmatic Play, and it was possible to get up to 125 free spins. The number of free spins depended on the deposit amount: a deposit of 50 EUR/GBP granted 25 FS, 100 EUR/GBP – 50 FS, and 200 EUR/GBP – 125 FS.

Conclusion

I can say that I enjoyed this casino, mainly because of the wide range of Winorio promotions and bonuses. I also appreciated the two loyalty programs with clear and transparent terms. The conditions for using bonuses and joining the clubs are quite user-friendly.

There are also several options for very low minimum deposits, which is great. However, the minimum withdrawal limit is a bit high – players can only withdraw starting from 50 EUR/GBP.

Overall, in terms of game variety, site usability, and speed, I found the experience convenient and smooth. I would definitely recommend this casino.
