How The Paylines Function

The 3x3 format is simpler than modern 5×6 grids with hundreds of paylines. PG Soft deliberately stripped down the complexity here, focusing on feature quality over payline quantity.

A 3×3 grid means limited Fortune Snake paylines. That's a plus for beginners - no need to figure out complex schemes. A minus for those used to slots with tons of lines - here, there are noticeably fewer.

Here, the compactness of the slot definitely works in its favor. The slot has only two key features that diversify the game, making it quite interesting for its size.

• Fortune Snake Feature — randomly triggered respins where selected symbols and Wilds keep reappearing until no new ones land.

• Stacked Wild with ×10 Multiplier — when reel 2 fills with Wilds, the entire win is multiplied by ten. I must say that this feature has a wonderful visual embodiment. The main character of the slot, a snake rapper, stretches across the entire 2nd reel.

These two features, although it may seem like two are not enough to hold your attention — they have excellent synergy and perfectly complement the game. The dynamics do not suffer at all. Game designers also did a great job of coloring them with sound effects and all kinds of VFX. 

In short, the features are not overwhelming and are triggered frequently thanks to low volatility. 

The slot has quite a strong pack for such a small game.

• Volatility — Low, which means that wins and features will occur frequently, but will not bring large wins. Although I would argue with that in the context of this particular slot.

I started with a balance of $100,000 and a bet of $2. As I expected, the rewards came frequently, as the slot has low volatility. I often won Big Wins and even more. But just as often, I spun for nothing. The central reel was frequently filled with the Wild snake, which automatically increased the winnings by 10 times. In general, this is the only way to win big here. In total, after 100 spins, I was able to increase my balance to $100,070. It's not much, but a plus is always better than a minus.
