VOX Casino Review

The VOX online casino has a modern website and a convenient mobile app. The site is available in several languages.

I carefully reviewed the casino’s reputation and can say that it mostly has high ratings and positive feedback. On Trustpilot, the site has an average score, but the casino responds to all reviews quickly. Negative reviews are mainly related to issues with customer support. Players mention that the live chat works inconsistently, while email agents may take several days to reply. During my VOX casino review, I will definitely test the support service and factor it into the overall rating.

The casino operates under a Curaçao license. However, this information is difficult to find on the website. I would recommend placing the valid license number in the footer and in the T&C.

Important T&C

A player can register on the casino website only if they are at least 18 years old. The player must also meet the legal age for online gaming in their jurisdiction.

The website also includes a list of countries whose residents are not allowed to register. According to the T&C, this list may be updated without prior notice.

If a player has any VOX casino complaints, they can contact customer support.

The casino may initiate document verification at any time as part of the KYC process. The player should be ready to provide an ID confirming the details in their profile. This also includes a selfie with the document, proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months), and documents confirming the legal use of the payment method. I did not find information in the KYC policy about how long document verification takes — it might be worth adding.

On the VOX casino website, I noticed a page dedicated to responsible gaming. It contains general information and links to international organizations that help players with gaming addiction. The T&C also mentions a self-exclusion option. The casino should expand its responsible gaming tools by adding options such as deposit limits or the ability to restrict gaming sessions.

Registration process

Registration on the website takes less than a minute. You can choose to sign up using a phone number or email. There is also an option to log in via a Google account, which is convenient. I chose the classic method using email:

1. Entered my email (VOX casino login)

2. Set a password

3. Selected a currency

4. Checked the box to agree to the T&C and Privacy Policy

After logging in, I got access to my personal account, where I could view VIP level progress, history, balance, and cashback.

VOX Casino Bonuses

Players have access to a Welcome package with VOX casino bonuses on the first four deposits, as well as various non-standard promotions. There are also tournaments, lotteries, gifts in the Wheel of Fortune and Chests, the option to buy bonuses in the Store, and participation in the VIP Club and Loyalty Program.

Wheel of Fortune

The cost per spin in the Wheel of Fortune is €3. The wheel has 8 segments, one of which is empty. The others include cash bonuses, free spins, cashback, points, and respins.

If you win:

• Free spins can be used in Budai Reels, each with a stake of €0,2

• All cash prizes are subject to a x20 wagering requirement

• Cashback is valid for 24 hours

Chests

Players can buy Chests ranging from €5 to €160. Depending on the price, they may contain different amounts of cash, free spins, points, and talismans.

Tournaments and Lotteries

At the time of writing this VOX review, there was one tournament and one lottery available on the site. To participate in the tournament, the player needs to qualify by playing 10 rounds in tournament slots with a minimum stake of €0,2 per spin. The player then enters the leaderboard and competes for a €15000 prize pool, which is split between the top 20 players with the highest scores.

The lottery works differently: for each deposit of €30 or more, the player receives one ticket. Prizes from a €30,000 pool are randomly distributed among participants. There are 100 winners in total.

Store

In the Store, players can buy bonuses, various benefits, and talismans. Purchases can be made using either real money or VOX casino loyalty points. For example, one spin in the Wheel of Fortune costs 900 points. For €5, players can buy a Starter Surprise, which may include free spins, a point boost, or a talisman.

In the benefits section, players can purchase boosted cashback for a certain period. For example, €20 gives access to increased cashback for 3 days.

The talismans section stood out to me the most — I haven’t seen this concept elsewhere. Prices range from €1 to €500. Each talisman has a creative description and does not guarantee winnings, but is designed to bring luck in gameplay. They can be purchased for different durations, from 3 days to 12 months.

Loyalty Program

The Loyalty Program has 6 levels. Right after registration, the player starts at level 1 (Newcomer), which gives a 30% bonus on any deposit. It becomes available after using the Welcome package. The higher the level, the more rewards. From level 3, players start receiving cashback and additional VOX casino promotions.

To progress through levels, players need to earn loyalty points. For every €2 wagered, the player receives 1 point. Points can also be earned through participation in activities.

To reach level 3 and unlock cashback, a player needs 600 points, which means wagering €1,200.

VIP Club

The VIP Club is another type of loyalty system with three levels. Each level is reached by meeting deposit requirements.

VIP levels provide access to additional games, bonuses, tournaments, a personal manager, faster withdrawals, and other features.

The casino does not offer classic no deposit bonuses, but after registration, I saw a pop-up encouraging me to verify my email to receive a reward. After confirming my email and logging in, I saw another pop-up. I received a VOX casino no deposit bonus — 20 loyalty points and 5% cashback for 3 hours. In our catalog, you can find an online casino real money no deposit bonus, free spins, or other bonus options.

Payments

The currency can be selected during registration and cannot be changed later. The list of available payment methods depends on the player’s country.

The minimum deposit limit for most methods is low — €10, which is lower than in many international online casino sites. The minimum withdrawal amount is also low, with €10 for most methods. The casino does not set specific maximum VOX casino withdrawal limits, except for one: a player can withdraw no more than €50000 within 30 days. This is quite a high limit compared to other casinos.

Withdrawal speed depends on the amount:

• Less than €499 — within 3 business days

• €500 to €4,999 — within 5 business days

• €5,000 to €29,999 — within 14 business days

• €30,000 to €49,999 — within 21 business days

• €50,000 — within 30 business days

On one hand, it’s convenient to have such a clear structure. On the other hand, if a player wants to withdraw, for example, €5,000, waiting 14 business days is quite long. Most offshore casinos sites set a maximum of around 10 business days regardless of the amount. The T&C also states that withdrawals for VOX Casino VIP Club members may be processed faster. However, to qualify, the player must have deposited at least €1,000 within the last 30 days.

There is also a withdrawal rule: before requesting a payout, the player must wager their total deposit amount at least once.

For withdrawal requests of €1,000 or more, the player must pass document verification. If the documents have already been verified before, the verification may still be requested again.

The casino does not charge any fees. All tax obligations within the player’s jurisdiction are the player’s responsibility.

Games catalog

Players have access to more than 6,000 games from leading providers. The website features a convenient catalog where games can be searched by category, provider, or name. The games are divided into categories such as New, Popular, Books, Table Slots, Crash, Megaways, and Bonus Buy. The site also occasionally adds themed or seasonal collections. For example, when I was exploring the site for this VOX online casino review, a St. Patrick’s Day collection was available on the menu.

Players can also save their favorite games and find them later in the Favorites tab.

Another advantage is that most games offer demo versions. Players can try them for free before choosing a game for real-money play.

Live dealer games are available in a separate section. There are around 300 titles, including Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and others. The only drawback is that within this section, games cannot be sorted by provider, and the provider is not shown on the game thumbnails.

I also liked that the main menu includes a separate Rating tab, which shows player win statistics over different periods. It also highlights the VOX casino games where those wins occurred. This can be a useful tool when choosing games.

Support

Players can get help in two ways: via live chat or by email. While reviewing the reputation, I saw that most negative feedback mentioned that support does not respond. That’s why I tested both channels.

First, I contacted them via live chat. Before connecting to an agent, the system suggests checking articles related to your question and reviewing them самостоятельно. For example, I had a question about withdrawal limits, and I was first shown several articles on this topic. I didn’t find one that matched my request and asked to be connected to an operator. The agent joined instantly and answered my questions in detail. It’s possible that players who left negative reviews had more complex cases, but overall, I can rate this support channel very highly.

The situation with email support is a bit different. Players mention that they may wait up to 5 days for a reply. Their cases may be treated as complaints and, therefore, take longer to process. Complaint handling in different casinos can take up to 14 days. It might be worth adding the actual processing time to the T&C, so players know what to expect. In my case, while working on this VOX casino review, I sent a standard question via email and also had to wait quite a while. I didn’t receive a response within 24 hours. In any case, I could have asked the same question via live chat and received a much faster reply.
