AlterSpin Casino Review

The AlterSpin online casino has a modern website with an original visual style, where the main character is an alchemist. This is reflected in the banners, design elements, and overall look. The mobile version is convenient, and there are 17 language versions available.

While looking into the casino’s reputation, I found only a small number of AlterSpin reviews from players and experts, but all of them had average or above-average ratings.

I didn’t find clear information about an active License on the site, apart from a general statement that the AlterSpin casino is licensed. I’d recommend clarifying this for players and adding the details to the T&Cs and the homepage.

Alter Spin Casino Important Terms, Conditions, Rules and Account Requirements

According to the T&Cs, a player must be at least 18 years old and of legal age in their jurisdiction to register. There is also a list of countries from which players are not allowed to open accounts or deposit real money.

The Alter Spin casino may request KYC verification at any time. Players have 30 days to provide documents confirming their identity, address, and ownership of the payment method they use. Verification can take up to 10 days, but it may be extended if needed.

Players can submit AlterSpin casino complaints via email support. The complaint should include the date and time related to the issue, a detailed description of the situation, and full contact details. A response is provided within 10 days.

If a player doesn’t log into their account for 180 days, it is considered inactive. From that point, a €5 monthly fee is charged from the account balance.

I checked the responsible gaming page to see what tools are available. There is general information, links to helpful organisations, and parental control tools to prevent underage gaming. It also states that players can request self-exclusion via support. I’d recommend adding more responsible gaming tools, such as deposit limits, session limits, or reality checks.

AlterSpin Casino Sign Up and Registration: Step-by-Step Guide

Registration took me just a few minutes. I completed it in several steps by filling in the following information:

1. AlterSpin Bonus

2. Email (AlterSpin casino login), password, confirmation that I am 18+, and agree to the T&Cs and Privacy Policy. There is also an option to agree to receive promotional materials

3. First name, last name, date of birth, sex, country, currency, phone, city, address, postcode

It’s important to be careful when filling in this information, as it cannot be changed independently later. You would need to contact support to update it.

AlterSpin Casino Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers for New and Regular Players

The T&Cs state that all bonuses on the site are not available to players from Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Armenia.

There is a wide selection of AlterSpin casino promotions on the site: Welcome package, reloads, cashback, and others. Players also have access to a solid range of crypto bonuses. Beyond that, players can use: Bonus Crab, Challenges, Shop, Tournaments, and VIP Levels.

Bonus Crab

If a player makes their first deposit of the day of €10 or more, they receive 1 Bonus Crab Credit. Each attempt can bring different rewards: real money, bonus money, free spins, and coins.

AlterSpin Casino Tournaments

When I was putting this AlterSpin casino review together, there were 6 active tournaments running on the site. Three of them had prize pools in cash, and the other three in coins. The tournaments section itself is convenient — you can view all active tournaments and also see the ones that have already ended.

AlterSpin Challenges

Players have access to one-time and weekly challenges. By completing them, players can earn coins. For example, in one-time challenges, you can activate any bonus and earn 10 coins. Among the weekly ones, you can earn 150 coins by placing 150 bets of €0.3 in the game Majestic King. One-time challenges expire after completion, while weekly ones are updated regularly.

AlterSpin Bonus Shop

In the Shop, players can exchange coins for bonus money, free spins, and bonus games. Coins can be earned not only through challenges but also by participating in tournaments. On top of that, bets and deposits are converted into coins. For example, 1 coin is awarded for every €10 wagered. Also, 5% of all deposits are converted into coins.

For example, €5 in bonus money costs 500 coins, 5 FS cost 300 coins, and 1 Bonus Crab Credit costs 500 coins. This means that by completing two weekly challenges, you can get 5 FS. Or, for example, by wagering €5000, you can get €5 in bonus money or 1 Bonus Crab Credit.

AlterSpin VIP Levels

The VIP program includes 5 levels. Right after registration, the player starts at level 1. From level 3, players can receive cashback, personalised AlterSpin casino bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, and other benefits.

What I didn’t like was that the player can’t track their progress in this program or clearly understand what exactly needs to be done to reach, for example, level 3. Progression happens automatically. The system tracks all player activity over the last 90 days and determines the current level. In my view, this is not a transparent system and should be clarified.

There are no AlterSpin casino no deposit bonuses on the site. But if a player is specifically looking for an online casino free bonus no deposit, they can check our selection.

AlterSpin Casino Payment Methods: Deposits, Withdrawals, Limits and Processing Times

The player can choose the account currency during registration, and it can’t be changed later. The available payment methods vary depending on the player’s country. They include bank methods, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies.

The minimum deposit across all methods is €20. The maximum deposit depends on the payment method. For example, for bank cards it’s €2000, and for cryptocurrencies — it’s €5000.

The minimum withdrawal for most methods is €10. This is lower than the standard limit you usually see on other sites and more favourable compared to the best online casinos. At the same time, in some cases, the minimum can be higher. For example, for Bitcoin it’s €60.

The maximum AlterSpin casino withdrawal limits depend on the player’s VIP level. Right after registration, the limits are €500 per day and €7000 per month. Even considering that these limits can be increased over time, they still remain low.

The Alter Spin casino has a withdrawal rule: if a player doesn’t wager their total deposits at least once, a 10% fee is applied. If bank methods were used, the fee increases to 15%.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days. At the same time, a player can have no more than three active withdrawals.

All tax obligations are the player’s responsibility according to their local laws.

AlterSpin Casino Games and Slots: Explore the Full Game Catalogue

AlterSpin casino games are grouped into three main sections: Casino, Live Casino, and Jackpot. You can search for games using the search bar by game name or provider. There are also categories like: Top, New, Popular, Exclusive, AlterSpin Bonus Buy, Megaways, Instant Games, Slots, and Table Games. Sometimes themed categories are added as well, for example, Spring or Christmas.

The Live Casino section has its own categories: Top Live Casino, Gold Saloon, Roulette, Blackjack, International Tables, Game Shows, Baccarat & Dice, and Poker.

Overall, the catalogue is easy to use. But I didn’t see any demo versions of games on the site. So if you want to decide which game to try, you can use our demo games catalogue.

How to Contact AlterSpin Casino Customer Support: Methods and Response Times

The AlterSpin casino has a Help Centre where all the main information about using the site is collected. This includes topics related to bonuses, payments, accounts, verification, technical issues, and more.

While working on this AlterSpin casino review, I actively used support via live chat and email. I can say it’s one of the fastest support services I’ve seen.

When connecting to live chat, you can immediately see your position in the queue. Even when there were more than 20 people ahead of me, the connection was still quick. Agents also try to respond to all questions quickly.

By email, I received an automatic reply with a request number right away, and the actual response came within 5 minutes. That’s extremely fast, since on many other sites you might wait from several hours to a few days.
