Patrickspins Casino Review

Operating since 2020, the Patrickspins online casino has been licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under Licence No. ALSI-202505022-FI1. It features a St. Patrick's Day theme with leprechaun-inspired visuals and is available in English only.

The casino has very mixed reviews on Trustpilot. In my Patrickspins online casino review, I would’ve advised putting more effort into interacting with players to indicate that the casino is willing to address concerns and resolve disputes. I was unable to find more information about the casino on trusted sources.

The website is compatible with Android and iOS devices. If you install the Patrickspins casino app, you’ll be rewarded with a one-time bonus.

Patrickspins Casino Terms and Conditions

I recommend reading Patrickspins’ terms and conditions attentively before registration. After going through the T&C, my Patrickspins review identifies the following points as the most important:

• Minimum age 18+

• KYC is required for all players who make deposits, not just withdrawals

• Multiple accounts are prohibited

• VPNs and location masking are forbidden

• Fraud or bonus abuse results in account suspension or termination

• Players from certain countries are restricted from using the casino

• AML checks may occur

The Patrickspins casino has an extensive list of KYC requirements that allow the casino to verify players at any time during the account's lifetime. KYC checks are obligatory for processing withdrawals, after changing personal information, once an account reaches certain activity thresholds, and in case of AML or security concerns. However, specific KYC timeframes are not provided on the website.

The casino may request the following documents:

• Passport, ID card or driver's licence

• Proof of address

• Proof of age

• Selfie or live selfie

• Video verification

• Payment method ownership verification

• Database checks

• Verification of source of funds or source of wealth for higher-risk cases

If verification is incomplete or documents are not provided, the casino can:

• Restrict deposits

• Restrict betting

• Delay or refuse withdrawals

• Freeze transactions

• Suspend the account

• Close the account

All Patrickspins casino complaints are processed only if a user is registered. There’s a note in the T&C that complaints cannot be assigned or transferred to another person. Complaints must be submitted using an email linked to your account, with “Complaint” included in the email subject line. Game disputes have to be submitted within 14 days, while most account-related complaints should be filed within 30 days. Complaints involving more than €25,000 require approval from Anjouan Gaming, which may extend the resolution time. The casino states that duplicate complaints without new information may not be reviewed again.

If a Patrickspins casino login hasn’t been performed in 180 days, €5 will be deducted each month.

Self-exclusion is the only responsible gaming tool available. I contacted support to verify any other options and got a response that there’s nothing else but account blocking after confirmation by a support manager. My Patrickspins casino review highly recommends that Patrickspins implement additional responsible gaming tools to acknowledge its commitment to helping players exercise better control over their casino activities.

How to Register at Patrickspins Casino

The registration process at the Patrickspins casino requires only a few clicks and took me less than two minutes to complete. I created an account by filling out a form with the following information:

1. Email

2. Password

3. Confirmation that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the T&C

There’s an option to sign up using a Google account, which I found very convenient. Actually, this was my initial registration method.

As you sign up, the website will ask you to provide basic personal information:

1. Name and surname

2. Date of birth

3. Sex

4. Country

5. City

6. Zip code

7. Adress

8. Phone number

The provided information will be verified during the KYC process, so players should make sure all details are entered correctly. SMS verification is obligatory.

Patrickspins Casino Bonuses for Players

Patrickspins casino bonuses feature welcome free spin offers (one-week activation period) and a Weekly Cashback. There are no tournaments or a VIP program.

Missions

Players can take part in daily, exclusive, and infinite missions in selected games to win free spins. Some missions are time-limited, while infinite ones last as long as it takes you to finish them. Completing each mission rewards players with up to 5 lottery tickets and up to 5 leaderboard points.

Leaderboard

One of the Patrickspins casino promotions is the leaderboard, with a prize pool of €30,000 for the 300 best players. It grants free spins to those who collect the most points in missions during the competition period. The top 4 players on the leaderboard receive Apple devices from the casino.

Lotteries

For €30 per ticket, you can join a daily lottery with a prize pool of €2,500. It’s possible to win free spins and a ticket for a weekly lottery with a prize pool of €18,000 and a chance to claim valuable Apple devices. The cost of a weekly lottery ticket is €50.

I was unable to locate a Patrickspins casino no deposit bonus on the website, even though the No Deposit Bonuses tab featured the second deposit free spin bonus, which might be a technical error. If you’re looking for legit offers of this type, browse casino online no deposit bonus in our catalogue.

Patrickspins Casino Payment Methods: Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees

The selection of payment options at the Patrickspins casino is modest. Depending on the player’s country, payment methods may vary.

Although I was able to find basic information in the cashier and the T&C, I decided to double-check payment details with the support team. The minimum fiat deposit is €20, and the maximum is €300. Crypto deposits are available as well, with a minimum of €75 and a maximum of €2,000 per transaction. I find the minimum crypto deposit high, as at other online casinos international it’s usually either similar to other methods or lower.

Withdrawals are possible using either Visa or Mastercard — cryptocurrencies are unavailable. Patrickspins casino withdrawal limits are €50 minimum and €1,000 maximum per transaction. I have to admit that the minimum withdrawal is higher than at other casinos.

A live chat operator informed me that players can withdraw €2,000 daily, €10,000 weekly, and €40,000 monthly. The T&C states that additional identification documents may be required for withdrawals above €1,000. Withdrawal requests might take up to 36 hours to be approved, while only one withdrawal request can be active at a time.

There are no transaction fees, but players who wager less than 3x their most recent deposit before requesting a withdrawal may be charged a fee of up to 20%.

Patrickspins Casino Games and Software Providers

The lobby greeted me with Popular, New, and Trending titles, so I could start playing at once. Some games have a demo version (visible after hovering over a respective tile), which is great for new players to familiarise themselves with the gameplay and features without committing funds, and for regular players to inspect unfamiliar titles.

The selection of Patrickspins casino games from reputable providers is sorted by categories: Slots, Jackpots, Hold and Win, Bonus Buy, Crash, Table Games, and Others (Bingo, Pachinko, Plinko, Scratchcards, Minigames, etc.) The Live Casino section features Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Poker. Every game can be played in full-screen mode.

Players can save favourite games and quickly access those they have played recently. The “Games for you” tab suggests releases based on analysis of your gaming preferences. Besides the search option, the Patrickspins casino has a detailed filter system that categorises games by genre, provider, features, and active bonuses. Games can be filtered by popularity or in alphabetical order.

One drawback I noticed is that the game catalogue does not display the provider when hovering over a title. Players who want to find games from a specific provider will need to use the filters instead.

Patrickspins Support Team and Response Times

As I wrote this Patrickspins casino review, I reached out to the support team on numerous occasions. Live chat operators replied quickly and made an effort to handle my inquiries until I was completely satisfied. As for email communication, I got replies within minutes, which is a refreshing alternative to other casinos websites that can take hours.

In a live chat window, you can select a relevant category for your question and find a savvy answer. Alternatively, you can connect with a live agent and start chatting. Although AI assistance is unavailable, the site offers an FAQ section that addresses issues related to Account, Cash transactions, and Verification.
